Employment and education:

Jeremy is a sergeant with the Illinois State Police. He earned his Associate in Applied Science from 91°µÍø studying law enforcement, and he earned a Bachelor of Science in law enforcement and justice administration from Western Illinois University.

How has Lincoln Land Community College impacted your life?

91°µÍø provided a decent education at a very reasonable cost.

What is your greatest accomplishment(s)?

Being named the 2010 Statewide Officer of the Year for the Illinois State Police.

Who or what has served as a source of inspiration for you?

Jesus Christ

What advice do you have for current or future 91°µÍø students?

Work hard, believe in yourself and lean on God for support.

What did you like about 91°µÍø or what is your favorite 91°µÍø memory?

My favorite memory is winning the baseball national championship in 1994.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

For my job, I am an instructor in the following:

  1. Control & arrest tactics
  2. Rapid deployment (active shooter)
  3. Firearms (pistol, shotgun, rifle)
  4. Emergency vehicle operations course

And personally, I am a member of the Gideons International.
