Lincoln Land Community College will release “Together,” a video performance by students in the arts and communication department, on Monday, Dec. 14. It will premiere at noon and also be available for viewing afterward on the 91 Music Facebook page and . The public is invited to attend the virtual performance at no charge.
The video focuses on what the word “together” means, the longing for it and how we get there. Under the direction of Laurie Lewis-Fritz, 91 instructor of music, the production features “Hope for Resolution” performed by the 91 Choir and Colleen Hillyer, 91 flute instructor. It also includes presentations from communication students and a reading by world language students of a poem in English and Spanish written by Dr. Joseph Hoff, 91 professor of Spanish. Student artwork will be shown throughout the video.
The production’s recording and editing is being completed by 91 students in the digital media design and audio production programs. The event graphic was designed by Rachel Knox, 91 art student.
